Registration Information

In-person Conference attendance is REQUIRED for all active EAST programs involved at the full level of support! We also invite the general public to visit the Conference to experience what students accomplish through EAST. Please note that a government-issued ID will be requested when guests are checking in at registration.

Registration & Pass Deadlines

Deadline for EAST programs to register for EAST Conference
February 28, 2025

Deadline for EAST programs to register their complimentary Conference Team (i.e. students, facilitators, chaperones, administrators) and any Additional Full Access Passes

* Additional Full Access Passes purchased after 02/28 will be priced $25 higher than those purchased on or before.
March 12, 2025

Payment & refund request deadline for Additional Full Access Passes
March 14, 2025

Programs with unpaid balances will be dropped from registration and will have to re-register on-site.

* Credit card or check accepted for purchases made through the Conference website or on-site. Purchase Orders will NOT be accepted. EAST must have payment in hand by this date, or your registration will be dropped.

* In-person attendees may purchase General Access Passes online or at the Registration counter during the event.

EAST Fusion

EAST Fusion is FREE & OPTIONAL for all attendees with a FULL ACCESS PASS. General Access Passes will ONLY let adults in the door in order to chaperone. Name Tags must be visible at all times. Students WILL NOT be admitted without a FULL ACCESS PASS.
